The problem

Global tools weren't built for UAE banks

DocuClipper, Nanonets, Dext etc. they work for US and European formats. UAE bank PDFs have different layouts, Arabic narrations, and password schemas that break generic converters.

UAE-specific bank layouts
We parse the exact column structure of each UAE bank. Debit/credit splits, narration fields, reference codes without errors.
Password-protected PDFs handled
Emirates NBD and ADCB encrypt statements by default. Enter your PDF password and we decrypt, parse, and convert with no extra steps.
Reconciliation-ready output
Every row has clean date, description, debit, credit, and running balance columns. Drop it straight into Xero, QuickBooks, or Tally.

FAQ

Common questions

We support banks across the UAE and the wider region, with new banks and statement formats added continuously. If your bank isn't listed, it's likely handled automatically - just upload and we'll take care of it.
Yes. Many banks encrypt statements by default. Enter the password in the PDF Password field and we use it to unlock the file and then discard it immediately. Your password is never stored or logged.
Each row is one transaction. Columns include: Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance. Amounts are numbers (not strings) and the sheet is ready to import into Xero, QuickBooks, or any accounting software.
